CONDITIONS OF HIRING

The gîtes are avelable from 5 PM on the day of arrival to 10 AM of the day of departure.

The price without option include:

Water, heating and electricity excess of 8 kwh per day

Reservation:

Reservations can only be accepted with a 25% deposit.

Rental cost:

The rental cost is payable no more than 30 days before the begining of the holiday.

 

The price with option include:

  1. Water, heating and electricity excess of 8 kwh per day
  2. Sheet changed once per week -
  3. Bathroom linen (excepted pool towel) -
  4. The housekeeping once per week.

Cancellation:

  1. More then 21 days before arrival a 30¤ charge will be incurred.
  2. Between 20 days and 2 days before arrival a charge equal to 25% of the rental cost will be incurred.
  3. Less than 2 days before arrival and "no-shows" will incur a charge equal to 100% of the rental cost.

Deposit:

A deposit will be required on arrival and this will be returned either on the day of departure or sent directly to your home address the following week if you leave in the small hours of the morning.
